Our fully computerised 'Encore' ™ system enable us to match properties to our applicants and then text, email, phone and post our database of buyers. Our marketing strategy is to present properties in the most favourable light with colour specifications, adverts in the local press, and on the Internet. We advertise on Rightmove.co.uk, Fish4homes.co.uk, findaproperty.co.uk, homes-on-line.co.uk, and homesonview.co.uk to dramatically improve the chance of finding the right buyer. We keep in regular contact with prospective buyers and tenants throughout the area and also international companies, whose staff relocate to the area. An experienced negotiator will handle your sale and once an offer is
received our sales manager will liase between the parties. This is an
area that is often underestimated or overlooked when selecting an agent.
